District Magistrate (West) Launches First-of-its-Kind “Digital Sathi – Advance Computer & Skill Development Centre” Inside DM Office Complex
District Magistrate West Delhi launches Digital Sathi Centre with IACT Education to provide free digital literacy, skills & jobs.
The Office of the District Magistrate, West Delhi, in collaboration with IACT Education Pvt. Ltd. and Trinity Foundation, today announced the signing of a tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to launch the “Digital Sathi – Advance Computer & Skill Development Centre” at Patel Nagar, West Delhi.
This landmark initiative is the first-of-its-kind in Delhi, where computer and skill training will be imparted inside the District Magistrate’s Office Complex itself. By situating the centre within the DM office, the project ensures trust, accessibility, and direct administrative oversight—making it a benchmark initiative for inclusive community empowerment.
The program aims to provide free computer and digital literacy training, job-oriented skill development courses, financial literacy, and employment facilitation services to underprivileged youth, especially girls and beneficiaries from EWS, SC, ST, and OBC categories.
With a target to empower maximum youth, the initiative seeks to bridge the digital divide and strengthen employability through structured and inclusive learning opportunities.
