IACT Education, in proud partnership with the Retailers Association’s Skill Council of India (RASCI), successfully hosted a Mega Job Fair in Ranchi, Jharkhand, opening doors to transformative employment and empowerment opportunities for young women in the region.
The impactful event, organized in collaboration with GIZ and supported by the Ministry of Women and Child Development (MWCD), marked the launch of a special skilling initiative for adolescent girls. This program is designed to equip young women with practical skills and industry exposure, enabling them to become financially independent and confident contributors to society.

Speaking at the event, representatives from IACT Education and RASCI emphasized the critical role of skill development in creating a self-reliant generation of women.
