IACT Education congratulates Dr. Kiran Bedi and Navjyoti India Foundation on 38 years of transformative impact in education, livelihoods, and women-led social change.
IACT Education Pvt. Ltd. extends its heartiest congratulations to Dr. Kiran Bedi, Former Lieutenant Governor of Puducherry, and the entire Navjyoti India Foundation family on the completion of 38 glorious years of inspiring service, leadership, and grassroots social transformation.

Over nearly four decades, Navjyoti India Foundation has built a powerful legacy of community-led development, emerging as one of India’s most respected civil society institutions. Under the visionary leadership of Dr. Kiran Bedi, the foundation has consistently championed education for the underserved, sustainable livelihood creation, women-led empowerment, youth development, and ethical citizenship, positively transforming the lives of thousands across urban and rural India.
IACT Education deeply admires Navjyoti’s holistic approach—where social reform is driven not just by programmes, but by values, discipline, innovation, and community ownership. The foundation’s work stands as a living example of how long-term impact is achieved through persistence, transparency, and people-centric leadership.
IACT Education also wishes to express its sincere appreciation and gratitude to Ms. Ujala Bedi and the entire Navjyoti team for extending a gracious invitation to be part of this landmark occasion. It was a privilege for IACT to witness and participate in this mega celebration, marking an important milestone in India’s development journey and the voluntary sector’s contribution to nation-building.
The event was further dignified by the presence of the Chief Guest, Shri Bharat Lal, IAS (Retd.), Secretary General & CEO, National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), whose insights reinforced the critical link between human rights, social equity, and inclusive development. A key highlight of the celebration was the launch of the “Good Practices” book, jointly unveiled by Shri Bharat Lal and Dr. Kiran Bedi, documenting impactful, replicable models of community transformation and institutional excellence.

The book launch symbolised Navjyoti’s commitment not only to action on the ground but also to knowledge-sharing, policy influence, and scalable best practices—serving as a valuable resource for development practitioners, institutions, and policymakers alike.
IACT Education salutes Navjyoti India Foundation for its unwavering dedication to social justice, women’s leadership, youth empowerment, and sustainable development. We wish the foundation many more decades of impact, innovation, ethical leadership, and meaningful nation-building.
