IACT Education, in collaboration with the Retailers Association’s Skill Council of India (RASCI), successfully completes Retail Skill Development Project for Adolescent Girls in Ranchi District
IACT Education and RASCI successfully trained and certified adolescent girls in Ranchi, empowering them with retail skills and pathways to employment.
IACT Education Pvt. Ltd. is pleased to announce the successful completion of a Retail Skill Development initiative in Ranchi district, Jharkhand, under the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed with the Retailers Association’s Skill Council of India (RASCI).
The project focused on empowering adolescent girls aged 14 to 20 years by providing them with structured skill training, certification, and employment readiness in the Retail Sector, aligned with the objectives of the SENU Program.
The initiative covered key components including candidate mobilization, counseling of parents, structured learning through RASCI’s LMS platform, assessments, certification, and post-training placement support.
RASCI facilitated learning access, certification issuance, and industry-aligned placement guidance, ensuring strong alignment with employability outcomes.

The project has been successfully delivered within the agreed timelines, including training, assessment completion, and distribution of certificates to all eligible candidates.
