Sangam Trust, under the leadership of Shri Kuldeep Kumar (Retd. IPS Officer), in collaboration with Delhi Police (Dwarka District) and with IACT Education Pvt. Ltd. as its knowledge partner, recently organized a special counselling session for candidates belonging to the Economically Weaker Section (EWS), with a strong focus on empowering girl candidates.

The initiative aims to provide guidance, skill development, and career support to underprivileged youth, ensuring they are better equipped to pursue meaningful employment opportunities. The session emphasized career counselling, personality development, and pathways to employment-linked training programs.

Since its inception in 2022, Sangam Trust has positively impacted the lives of more than 2,000 beneficiaries through its various welfare and empowerment initiatives. The training programs are fully sponsored by Shri Kuldeep Kumar himself, reflecting his personal commitment to giving back to society. To ensure high-quality and employment-oriented training, the Trust has entrusted IACT Education Pvt. Ltd. with the responsibility of knowledge and skill development.

The Sangam Trust Centre was inaugurated by Shri Rakesh Asthana, then Commissioner of Police, Delhi, and continues to extend its services in close partnership with Delhi Police. Beyond skilling and counselling, the Trust has also been actively supporting Delhi Police in the rehabilitation of juveniles, addicts, school dropouts, and victims of crime, working towards holistic community upliftment.

Speaking about the initiative, Shri Kuldeep Kumar said:

“Our mission is to empower the youth, especially girls from underprivileged backgrounds, with education, skills, and guidance so that they can stand on their feet with dignity. With the support of Delhi Police and IACT Education, Sangam Trust is committed to creating sustainable employment opportunities for those who need it the most.”

The collaboration between Sangam Trust, Delhi Police, and IACT Education represents a unique model of community-oriented policing and social empowerment, ensuring that vulnerable sections of society are not left behind in India’s growth story.
